These are regulation issue US Navy White Hats that have been dyed to Navy Blue, just like in WWII when the Navy dyed their white hats to wear on deck and elsewhere during battle.

We just found 20 of these already dyed in our warehouse in size 7 1/4, so you better better hurry if you want one.
