After much demand, we have decided to make our new 100% Alpaca liners for the 1945 Marine Parkas separately. Both types of liners were issued from 1945 to the early 50s. The original parka that we copied came through the Philadelphia Navy Depot and did not have an Alpaca liner, but others did. We expect that those who bought our original version coats may also want an alternative on colder days or for extended exposure to what they have. Both are correct.

NOTE: The photos shown here are only a reference. The first photo is intended to show what the liner actually looks like but is not actually the Alpaca fabric, (it’s our original). The second photo accurately shows the correct 100% brown Alpaca but is shown in our 1st model N-1 deck jackets. Like the military, we use the same fabrics for different garments when it matches history.
